FAQ

General Care & Services

We specialize in menopause and perimenopause care, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT), lifestyle and supplement guidance, symptom management, and limited primary care for women.
While menopause is our focus, we also offer care for related health concerns like thyroid issues, high cholesterol, prediabetes, and more. If you need guidance on how to manage your diseases from your primary care provider, I can help!

Telehealth Appointments

All visits are done via secure video chat. You’ll receive a link by email before your scheduled appointment—no app downloads needed.
You must be located in Colorado at the time of your appointment due to state licensing laws.
Yes, some preparation can help make the most of your visit. During your appointment, we’ll review your current symptoms, medical history, past diagnoses and surgeries, as well as any medications and supplements you’re currently taking. It’s helpful to write down a list of your concerns and relevant medical history ahead of time. Also, consider jotting down any questions you have about your symptoms or how your care will be managed. This can help you feel more organized and confident during the visit.

Payment & Insurance

Not yet. We are currently cash-pay only while we complete insurance credentialing (expected in 60–90 days). Superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement.
Payment is due at booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
A superbill is a receipt with diagnostic and procedure codes that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

Hormone Therapy & Labs

Not at all. We support both hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options based on your preferences and health needs.
We offer a comprehensive panel to assess hormone levels, thyroid function, metabolic health, and vitamin deficiencies. Lab orders are sent to a local lab near you, or I can order the labs for you to be completed at a local facility if you don’t have insurance coverage or prefer not to use it.
You’ll receive an order to take to a local lab (like Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics). We’ll help guide you through the process.

Appointments & Follow-Up

We’ll review your symptoms, medical history, and goals, discuss treatment options (including HRT), and create a personalized care plan.

Follow-up depends on your treatment plan but is usually every 1–3 months while adjusting medications, then less frequently once stable. We usually like to adjust dosages after 4-6 weeks.

Yes! Secure messaging is available for brief questions or clarifications. More complex concerns may require a short visit.

Who Is This For?

We primarily care for women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond who are experiencing perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause symptoms.
