Telehealth Visit Pricing

We believe in transparent, affordable care—no hidden fees, no surprise bills.

We’re excited to announce that our menopause telehealth clinic will officially go live the week of September 2, 2025!

Thank you for your patience as we prepare to provide expert, compassionate care tailored to women in all stages of menopause.

We are currently credentialed with Medicare and are in the final stages of approval for additional insurance plans to include: Medicaid, United Healthcare, Humana, BCBS, Tricare and more. Many of these insurance plans should be ready at time of opening in September. Please e-mail if you have a specific insurance that you would like to ensure we cover.

Cash-pay options will also be available at launch for those that wish to begin care before insurance is active.

Don’t see your insurance listed? No problem, cash based services include:

  • You can still start care with me right away as a self-pay patient (credit/debit accepted).
  • If needed I can order labs from Labcorp or Quest that often accept your insurance for coverage, or I can order labs to be completed with your initial appointment and included in appointment cost.
  • I can also send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy, where you can use insurance to cover medication costs.
  • I provide superbills upon request—these can be submitted to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
  • Once credentialing is complete, I’ll notify all patients and begin accepting in-network insurance plans.
I believe in making care accessible, so I’ve designed my pricing to be transparent and affordable while I complete this transition. Thank you for your understanding—I’m excited to care for you!

Initial Visit – $225

60-minute telehealth consultation with a nurse practitioner specializing in menopause, hormone therapy, and primary care.
Includes:
  • Review your current symptoms and how they’re affecting your daily life
  • Go over your medical history, medications, and any previous hormone therapy experience
  • Discuss whether Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a good fit for you
  • Order a comprehensive lab panel (if needed) to better understand your hormone and metabolic health
  • Create a personalized treatment plan that may include HRT, lifestyle changes, supplements, and other supportive therapies
  • Lab panel to assess hormone levels and overall wellness
  • Includes: CBC, CMP, A1c, lipid panel, thyroid panel, ferritin, insulin, estradiol, testosterone, SHBG, vitamin D, and vitamin B12 (FSH included if needed)

This visit is ideal for women who are:

  • Exploring hormone therapy
  • Struggling with perimenopause or menopause symptoms
  • Seeking a second opinion on treatment options

Follow-Up Visit – $125

30-minute telehealth appointment to:
  • Review and discuss lab results
  • Prescribe or adjust medications
  • Address ongoing symptoms
  • Answer questions about your care plan

Brief Check-In – $75

20-minute telehealth visit for:
  • Minor medication adjustments
  • Prescription refills
  • Short-term concerns or questions
Available once your treatment plan is established and stable.

Optional Primary Care Services

As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, I also offer limited primary care services for women.

These include:

  • Management of common chronic conditions
  • Routine wellness labs and screenings
  • Preventive health planning
  • Referrals to specialists when needed
Appointments are available by request or can be added to your menopause care visit.

Payment Information

  • All services are self-pay (credit or debit only)
  • Payment is due at the time of booking
  • Superbills available upon request for out-of-network reimbursement
