Telehealth Visit Pricing

We believe in transparent, affordable care—no hidden fees, no surprise bills.

At this time, I am only open on Wednesdays and Saturdays, as I grow, I will be expanding the availability! If you need an appointment outside these times, please feel free to message me to discuss options!

We are currently credentialed with Medicaid and Aetna and working on adding Cigna PPO/POS plans, BCBS PPO/POS plans.

Please e-mail if you have a specific insurance that you would like to ensure we cover before scheduling.

Cash-pay options will always be available for those that wish to begin care before insurance is active, or not use insurance at all.

Don’t see your insurance listed? No problem, cash-based services include:

  • You can still start care right away as a self-pay patient (credit/debit, HSA, FSA accepted).
  • Labs: When lab work is needed, we will first attempt to use your insurance whenever possible, Quest is the lab we currently use. If insurance does not cover the testing, we offer discounted self-pay lab options. A $35 lab coordination fee is applied for self-pay lab orders. This covers ordering, coordination with the lab, and review of results by provider.
  • I can also send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy, where you can use insurance to cover medication costs.
  • I provide superbills upon request—these can be submitted to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

This laboratory coordination fee applies to all new patients beginning 06/27/2026. Existing patients will continue under their original care arrangements.

Initial Visit – $225

60-minute telehealth consultation with a nurse practitioner specializing in menopause, hormone therapy, and primary care.


Includes:

  • Review your current symptoms and how they’re affecting your daily life, complete menopause symptom questionnaire
  • Go over your medical history, medications, and any previous hormone therapy experience
  • Discuss whether Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a good fit for you, discuss nonhormonal medication options if needed.
  • Order a comprehensive lab panel (if needed) to better understand your hormone and metabolic health
  • Labs: When lab work is needed, we will first attempt to use your insurance whenever possible, Quest is the lab we currently use. If insurance does not cover the testing, we offer discounted self-pay lab options. A $35 lab coordination fee is applied for self-pay lab orders. This covers ordering, coordination with the lab, and review of results by provider.
  • Create a personalized treatment plan that may include HRT, lifestyle changes, supplements, and other supportive therapies
  • Lab panel to assess hormone levels and overall wellness

This visit is ideal for women who are:

  • Exploring hormone therapy
  • Struggling with perimenopause or menopause symptoms
  • Seeking a second opinion on treatment options

Follow-Up Visit – $125

30-minute telehealth appointment to:
  • Review and discuss lab results
  • Prescribe or adjust medications
  • Address ongoing symptoms
  • Answer questions about your care plan
  • Additional lab testing if needed
