We believe in transparent, affordable care—no hidden fees, no surprise bills.

At this time, I am only open on Wednesdays and Saturdays, as I grow, I will be expanding the availability! If you need an appointment outside these times, please feel free to message me to discuss options!

We are currently credentialed with Medicaid, Cigna PPO/POS plans, BCBS PPO/POS plans, with plans to add on additional insurance plans once credentialing is open.

Please e-mail if you have a specific insurance that you would like to ensure we cover before scheduling.

Cash-pay options will always be available for those that wish to begin care before insurance is active, or not use insurance at all.

No problem, cash based services include:

You can still start care with me right away as a self-pay patient (credit/debit accepted).
If needed I can order labs from Labcorp or Quest that often accept your insurance for coverage, or I can order labs to be completed with your initial appointment and included in appointment cost.
I can also send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy, where you can use insurance to cover medication costs.
I provide superbills upon request—these can be submitted to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Once credentialing is complete, I’ll notify all patients and begin accepting in-network insurance plans.

Initial Visit – $225

60-minute telehealth consultation with a nurse practitioner specializing in menopause, hormone therapy, and primary care.
Includes:

Review your current symptoms and how they’re affecting your daily life
Go over your medical history, medications, and any previous hormone therapy experience
Discuss whether Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a good fit for you
Order a comprehensive lab panel (if needed) to better understand your hormone and metabolic health
Create a personalized treatment plan that may include HRT, lifestyle changes, supplements, and other supportive therapies
Lab panel to assess hormone levels and overall wellness

Includes: CBC, CMP, A1c, lipid panel, thyroid panel, ferritin, insulin, estradiol, testosterone, SHBG, vitamin D, and vitamin B12 (FSH included if needed)

This visit is ideal for women who are:

Follow-Up Visit – $125

30-minute telehealth appointment to:

Brief Check-In – $75

20-minute telehealth visit for:

Available once your treatment plan is established and stable.

Optional Primary Care Services

As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, I also offer limited primary care services for women.

These include:

Appointments are available by request or can be added to your menopause care visit.
